All OOTAMA soaps are made from home grown or locally foraged botanicals. Everything is seasonal. The seeds of each plant are collected, some of which are used in soaps, the rest saved for the next year to start the process again.
These particular winter soaps have been made from homegrown grapes. The grapes are hand pressed into grape juice before being made into a white wine. This wine is then used as the base for these soaps. Grape juice is known to revitalise skin and the sugars that come from the fermentation process create a luxurious lather. See 'Product Info" for the full list of ingredients.
These homemade soaps work best and last longer if dried out completely between uses - that’s why it’s great to have a couple on the go at once!
